Blue Spruce tree problem

Does anyone out there know what is wrong with this tree in my front yard? It looks like a Blue Spruce, and one side seems perfectly fine, but the other is stunted.

Anonymous said...: I wish you had a closer shot of the tree, but it looks as though the right side is an Alberta Spruce (the stunted side), that is the way it grows. The other side could be a different tree, but the chances are slim. I have seen this happen to a few Albertas before, just one of those 'nature' things.; 4:42 PM
