Hmm, now this article below is interesting. Seems as if astronomers are constantly correcting themselves, and it does sort of make one wonder whether our earth might not, even at this very moment, be on the verge of extinction!? The sun has done some strange things in the past, as evidenced by this article:

It's stuff like this that makes human existence a mad, mad world, no?
